I'm Angie Lucia. A full time wife and mom of 3 boys, and part time creative designer. Creating is my passion. It all started when I went to plan my oldest son's first birthday and realized I did not like ANY of the decor styles out on the market. I've always had a passion to draw and decided to give digital design a shot. My very first project was my son's invitations made on a design program my husband bought me from Costco. Ever since then, I was hooked on graphic designing. I have been creating designs for over 15 years and have recently started hand illustrating the majority of my current designs. Nothing brings me greater joy than creating pieces of art for the most memorable moments in the lives of those around me. I've had the pleasure of creating for weddings, new baby's, first birthday's, graduations and even help create visions for fellow small biz owners who are starting their own ventures. Every product, every work of art, every element that is in my shop has been inspired and created by a clients vision. A lot of heart work is put into everything I do. All designs are created by Angie Lucia Designs and are owned by the designer or their respective owners in which all rights have been granted permission to use.
All designs in my shop, whether digital or physical, are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you're a small business or vendor whom wishes to sell any of my designs commercially, please contact to discuss commercial licensing.
If you are interested in purchasing my products for resale in a shop of your own, please contact me via email to discuss wholesale pricing for bulk orders. I'd love for my products to be available in your cute gift and paper shops!
All orders placed by 2pm (PST) will go into production next business day. Allow 1-3 Business Days for production time. All orders will be shipped on day production is complete and customers will be notified at that time. No Production or shipping will take place on weekends, holidays or days where shop provides prior notification.
This shop is ran by a single individual who takes occasional days off and vacation times to spend time with family.
Shipping to US Destinations
Angie Lucia Designs offers free standard shipping for all US orders. We ship our products by UPS & USPS. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Shipper will be determined on size and weight of package or order. If you require your order to be expedited in a faster shipping options or would like to add tracking to your order, please message designer for cost.
For orders under 1Lb:
USPS First Class: Estimated Delivery 2-7 Business Days - No Tracking Included
Orders over 1lb:
USPS Priority: Estimated Delivery 2-3 Business Days
UPS Ground: Estimated Delivery 2-5 Business Days
Shipping to International Destinations
We currently do not offer shipping outside the US at this time for physical products.
Angie Lucia Designs will not be liable for damages or losses sustained during the delivery of your order. Angie Lucia will not be responsible for packages not signed as damaged upon receipt.

Due to the nature of my products, returns will only be granted on physical products that are received damaged, defected or missing items. All custom/digital/personalized items are not eligible for returns. If you have any issues with any products purchased in my shop, please reach out to me through the website or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try and help you with your issues the best we can. All return requests must be submitted within the time frames below:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How long do custom orders take?
Time frame for custom requests will solely be dependent on the details provided by the customer. All orders will be scheduled to start production (the design process) the following business day given that ALL details and images have been provided for the project entailed. Production will not start if any details are missing from the order. Once production begins, you will receive a proof for approval within 1-2 additional business days. If Rush Order is requested, the production rules still apply. If all the details and images are provided for the Rush Order, your proof will be provided for you within 1 business day. Business days are considered to be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 2pm (PST). Any revisions requested during the process will add a business day to the time frame
Can I change the wording on any of your designs?
Of course! Anything created can be customized to suit your needs. On all invitations and photo card designs, personalization is included in the cost of the design, given the space permits it. On all other designs, there will be an additional cost to personalize the items which will be indicated in the listing itself. If there is a product that you would like personalized that does not indicate a custom fee, please let me know and I will be happy to provide that for you.
Can I change the colors of any design?
You bet!! As with the wording, most listings will have an indication of fee if its not included in the cost of the design. Some listings include a color change of up to 2 colors and some listings include more than one color option. If you don't see an option for color change, please don't hesitate to let me know and I will be happy to provide that for you.
Can I change the layout of any design?
Anything at all can be changed in every single design listed. However, any changes made to the main design provided will be considered a custom request. Custom Requests start at $15 depending on the scope of changes and go up in price based on how extensive the new design entails. For Photo Cards, can I add or remove photos in collage designs?
Yes!! Any photo card design can be modified accordingly so long as space permits and does not change the base of the design. Please note the more photos added to an already existing design the more other elements may need to be removed in order for it to work. Custom Designs are always available for photo card.
How come you don't offer refunds on digital goods?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital goods, there is no way to return those products back to me once they have been delivered/emailed to you. All digital products are either instant or require custom proofing prior to be delivered, therefore, will not be sent to you unless you have authorized to receive them. All custom orders are sent to you for spelling errors and layout approval prior to being released. Any changes needed after approval and being released will be considered a new custom order. It is highly recommended to carefully proof your order as no changes will be allowed once they have been sent to you.
I didn't realize you misspelled a word until after you released the files, Can I get that fixed?
Because I provide you with proofing prior to file or print release, I can not make any other changes to your order once they have been released. It is highly recommended to thoroughly look over your proofs prior to approving to ensure that no further changes will be needed once you receive the files.
I didn't realize that the product was a digital good and I was expecting a physical product. Can I get a refund?
If you purchased a custom digital product, you have til the end of that business day to cancel the order. Custom digital products go into production the following business day (given all details are provided) so once production begins, your order will no longer be eligible for cancellation. Some products are available as physical goods and may be eligible for a physical upgrade.
If you purchased a digital product that's available for instant download, you will not be able to cancel, as that product has already been delivered to you upon purchasing.
If you need assistance on how to use your digital product, I will be more than happy to assist you and provide you with the resources you will need in order to print and get the use out of your digital product.
How long will it take for my product to ship?
Production time takes anywhere from 1-3 business days. Products are shipped at the completion of production and are shipped either UPS or USPS First Class. Neither option is a guaranteed time frame for shipping. All products will be shipping out of California and ship time will vary based on region order is placed. USPS First Class is an estimated 2-10 Business Days and UPS Ground is an estimated 2-5 business days. Tracking is only available for orders over a pound. Please note that due to Covid-19 there have been extreme delays in some of the shipping options. I will do my best in getting my orders out in a timely manner and ensure that I will provide you will updates of production and ship date. Once orders have been dropped off or picked up by the shipper, I will no longer have any control over how long the order will take to get to you. No shipping option at this time is guaranteed. If you have any issues with your shipment once its in transit and are not getting any help from the shippers, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will be happy to reach out to them for you to find out any information I can in getting your product to you.
Can you create/design anything?
Yes! Anything can be designed or hand crafted for you, with the exception of licensed designs or characters. Unfortunately due to copyright laws and licensing issues, I am legally not allowed to create anything unless it's my own design from scratch. If you have any questions at all regarding custom designs, please do not hesitate to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if it is something I can create for you!
